Hello, I am Susan, since many years I feel the mission to change and bright people’s life. This purpose came to my life since 2021, learning the ability and the skills from professionals in the recruiting sector.
Actually I live in Spain and Germany, searching always for my own freedom and limitless path, a life that fulfills my personal values.
My journey as a recruiter and talent scout started working in a recognized recruiting company until I realize I need to create my own method and system that connect more with my personality, more personalized with a great importance in humanity and human care creating a personalized method to help people to find their happiness and fulfill their dream.
I have a personal responsibility to work in my own, not depending from other people to complete my purpose with all dedication. Thanks to that, I have find the adjusted method and my own rules.
